Pages for deletion (PfD) is where editors discuss whether a page should be deleted. Articles listed are normally discussed for at least five days after which the deletion process proceeds based on community consensus. Then the page may be kept, merged or redirected, moved to another title or deleted.
Creating an PfD discussion
If you want to create a deletion discussion simply list in the nominations section:

Cafe Food
Feels like this is just a generic Cafe, with the window saying "Food" as in it serves food. It doesn't seem like a name to me, so it's against the notability policy. The Solar Dragon 17:28, October 22, 2024 (EDT)
The Monster, Dr._Itchystein and Mrs. Itchystein
The Monster and Dr. Itchystein are just Scratchy and Itchy portraying the characters from Frankenstein without any real notable differences. Mrs. Itchystein is arguably just Mrs. Scratchy portraying the Bride of Frankenstein and doesn't even have a name; the article title is conjectural. At most, I could see Frankenscratchy and Mad Doctor Itchy from the show getting a page, as they were in The Simpsons: Tapped Out, with the info of their comic counterparts being present on their pages. - Disagree. I feel that they're different enough from the original characters to have their own pages. As for merging with Frankenscratchy and Mad Doctor Itchy, the characters are different. However, you are right about the Mrs. Itchystein page title, and it should be changed to "Bride of Itchystein". The Solar Dragon 06:49, January 10, 2025 (EST)
