Uncivil War: Bartman v. Houseboy is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Simpsons Comics #232.
Synopsis
- "Mayor Quimby turns Springfield's super-heroes against one another when he offers a reward to costumed crusaders who reveal their secret identities, leading Bartman and Houseboy to take different sides in an "uncivil" war."
Plot

Bartman talking with Lisa who want the help of her as The Jazzler but she has promised Sax-Men not to doing any solo gigs. The next night is Houseboy and his army consisted in a fight with Bartman which only has Flossie to help. When Flossie finding out that Clancy sue children to reveal Bartman's identity he reveals that he is the Blue-haired lawyer and stop him doing it because it's a crime to make childrenwork after 6PM on school nights. He then discovers that Houseboy and Bartman are friend again and calling themselves Super Friends, which is copyrighted so all the superheroes begin hunting the lawyer then.
