Chintzy Pop is a legal, yet vastly inferior brand of popcorn. Many of the kernels in the product are actually baby teeth.

History

According to Kwik-E-Mart owner Apu, only two customers ever purchase it, Kirk Van Houten and Chief Wiggum. This information led to the arrest of Kirk for the supposed kidnapping of Bart Simpson. In actuality however, Bart had simply faked the kidnapping and was just hiding out in Kirk's house, unbeknownst to him.[1]
