At lunch, his talk to the girls about his baby teeth doesn't impress them, and when he thinks Lisa's going to ask him out, she holds up his ripped underpants. Plot

Milhouse tells readers about how to "keep it cool" in elementary school. Milhouse is being bullied, and when Jimbo tries to wedgie him, his underpants rip apart, and Milhouse runs off. Milhouse tries to act "hard to get" near Lisa, but it fails when Milhouse loses the chance to take Lisa to the fall dance.
