Comic Story information
|
The Willful Will!! is a Bart Simpson story in the series The Maggie & Moe Mysteries! that appears in Bart Simpson #24.
Plot
Moe is babysitting Maggie and they go out to get sugar from a neighbor in the area. The neighbor they visit is also visited by Gil, who will read a testament to a dead male's friends and relatives. Just before Gil should begin reading the will, the light goes out and when it turns on again Gil is dead, so Moe and Maggie decide to figure out who killed him. Maggie and Moe are the only ones not in the will, so they are impartial enough to solve the mystery. Baby Gerald threw a fake bone at Maggie so Maggie threw it at Moe, and he almost falls down the stairs, just like Gil. Moe then solves the mystery. The lights went out, and when Gil turned them on again, he tripped over the bone that Gerald threw, and tumbled down the stairs. Gil was alive at the end, and lying on top of the will. Maggie and Moe got some sugar, too.
