Simpsons Comics #33 is the 33rd issue of Simpsons Comics in the UK, and was released in October 7, 1998. This was one of the few issues without Junk Mail UK.

‘’ The Immigration of the Body Snatchers
People in Springfield are complaining that the town is too quiet and Barney discovers a giant pea pod which resembles himself. Homer learns from an emotionless Luigi that the pod is part of an alien invasion who intend to replace people with emotionless replicas while they sleep. He and Marge escape Springfield as more people are being replaced by pods, however Marge is soon replaced as well. Homer is taken to see Dr. Marvin Monroe in Springfield Mental Hospital when he attempts to warn people. The story concludes with Dr. Monroe revealing he is a Venusian who is also invading Earth along with Martians, robot ghosts from the future, giant blancmanges and apes. To make matters worse, everyone discovers they are actually characters in a comic book.
