Location Information

Sabertooth Meadow was a once-undeveloped area of Springfield, before the Heavenly Hills Mall was built on the land. A lot of fossils had been discovered at the site.

History

Part of the area was the host to an archaeological dig by Springfield Elementary School students, where student Lisa Simpson found an "angel".

Etymology

It is possible that the area got its name from the large amount of fossils dug up in the area.
