The prision gurds come in to Homer and start destroying the food that Homer was on his way to taking out of the country and begin to eating up Homer's sandwich, but the made them feel sick and they going down. Hank and Homer escapes and outside the cell they encounter the rest of the Simpson family. Hank explains that they are in a hurry and after Lisa asked Hank if he blackmailed the federal into giving you control of the American east coast and everyone thinks now he are dead, which he admits. Hank and the Simpson family jumps out a window in the prison and go to a vehicle belonging to one of his employees. In the car discovers Lisa that there is a phone and she calls Interpol and tell to them where Hank is, Bart asks why she did it and she says they are her responsibility. The police start begun to chase the car but the employee has installed a jetpack in the car so they start to fly away from the police. Hank contact his office for the first time after sitting in the prision for three years, and he tell to the Simpsons at his empire speed been repossessed by the bank. He tell that he still have his dream, he want's rule most of Europe and ask Homer if he wants to help him and he wants it. Hank now requires just a saturn rocket or a space shuttle, Bart suggests that they can visit a soviet army base and they do it.
Hank is preparing an attack on the base but Lisa tell then that the Russians are our allies now, and shout to the Russian base that there are Americans here and they are apprehended quickly. But as Hank speak Russian, they manage to rob a space shuttle and the Simpsons ride with Hank into space. The ship docks with the Fox satellite where Hank has his Death Ray 3000. Hank begin to contact the Swiss when he smell the sandwich as Homer hidden, when Hank gets close to him, he throws it away which shorting out the control board. Hank is sad, Homer has ruined a five million dollar control but Hank's employees who are on board the satellite says he can fix it. Hank offers Homer another chance. Lisa walks around the satellite and discovers a per of smelly old boots and see a chance for redemption. Hank contact since the President Schmid to tell what he is doing, unless they get up and give him all the swiss bank. Lisa is placing the boots on the gears on Death Ray machine so that the wheels get stuck when Hank activate it. Five minutes have passed and Hank fire the death ray, but the boots as Lisa put the machine against Homer but nothing happens, except that his cheese in the sandwich melts. Hank gives up, his can't take over Europe with a death ray that only destorys cheese.
Shortly thereafter abdicates the president of France and Hank becomes the new president of France because the current can not live without cheese. Hank, hanks Homer with a french sandwich and he gives his employees the role as mayor of the Paris. Bart gets a mini-death ray and Lisa gets a globe. Homer discovers then there is a country called Chile.
