- Televised police chases.
- The easygoing "free sample" lady at Try 'N' Save who doesn't mind many happy returns.
- My trusty slingshot.
- The classic cherry Squishee.
- The killer combination of model rockets, action figures, and kite string.
- Getting full-sized candy bars while Trick or Treat-ing.
- That awesome millisecond of weightlessness when Otto catches air driving the bus over the dip on Elm Steet.
- Writing in wet cement.
- Watching firworks from the rood.
- School assemblies.
- Staying home sick from school when you're not actually sick.
- A perfectly executed ollie.
- Rusty, creaky carnival rides run by surly dudes in wife-beater T-shirts.
- Animated holiday specials.
- All you can eat anything.
- Waking up at 7 A.M. ready for school, and realizing it's Saturday.
