Bart's Inner Child Plot
Homer sees an add for a trampoline, but when kids get on it, they get hurt, so Marge puts a stop to it. Homer tells her that she's no fun. She goes to her sister's house and they watch a self-help guru on TV. He comes to Springfield and tells the citizens to be like Bart, so they could be with thier inner child. They then hold a "Do What You Feel Carnival" where everyone does what they feel. However, after bads things happening due the workers not feeling like doing thier job, they blame it all on Bart.
