Big Bug House is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Moe's Ark content update. It requires the Big Bug House to be obtained.

After building the Big Bug House
Comic Book Guy - Happy Sometimes a man only gets one chance to become the greatest superhero ever.
Comic Book Guy - Happy Mine is now! That giant spider’s bite will give me powers I desire!
Task: "Make Comic Book Guy Visit Big Bug House". The job takes place at the Big Bug House and takes 4 hours.
Comic Book Guy - Pain Alas, spider-powers have eluded me. I am left with but only decaying flesh from the spider's venom.
Comic Book Guy - Exhausted Worst spider bite ever.
