The Party Troll is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Treehouse of Horror XXVIII content update. It requires Barfy to be obtained.

After obtaining Barfy
	Barfy is here to par-burp-ty!
	I'm the triple-size guy you don't want to show up at your BBQ, or family gathering!
Task: "Capture Barfy" (x4). The job takes 4 hours.
Quest reward: 100 and 10

Characters that can do the "Capture Barfy" task are:

	That's never happened before. All this booze is making me hungry.
	Does anybody around here know where I can get a twelve-foot-long sub?
Task: "Enchant Barfy" (x15). The job takes place at Barfy's Bar and takes 4 hours.
