Principal Plus Interest is a quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released in the Treehouse of Horror XXIII content update, although the quest requires level 22.

Tasks: "Make Mrs. Krabappel Dine at the Truffle" and "Make Ned Dine at the Truffle". They take place at the Gilded Truffle and take 2 hours. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward.
