- Lisa: Citizens of Springfield, I give you my free lending library! These are all the books on the school's summer reading list. I've read them already, so I thought I'd share!
- Ralph Wiggum: Hooray! It's a house for little people!
- Lisa: No, Ralph, it's a library.
- Ralph: Hi, Mr. Books! I'm Ralph!
- Lisa: Well, I can't say I didn't see that coming, but Isn't anyone actuallt reading a book?!
- Lisa: Mom! No one is using my books as I intended!
- Marge: I don't know, Lisa. These seem pretty useful to me!
- Lisa: [GASP!]
- Lisa: Then this hasn't all been for nothing! You actually read a book!
