Plot
Bart is grounded for the damage caused by Itchy and Scratchy, meaning he has to miss Krusty the Clown perform at the Nuclear Power Plant, even though the entire town is going. During the event, Itchy and Scratchy enter the power plant and cause a nuclear explosion.
