The St. Louis Cardinals are a current Major League Baseball (MLB) team in St. Louis, Missouri.

History

Former player Ozzie Smith guest starred to play for the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant softball team.[1]

Former player Joe LaBoot talked about a misplay in the 1943 World Series.[2]

The St. Louis Cardinals are a baseball team that has been in the National League since their creation in 1892. They have the most World Series championships for a team not named the New York Yankees, which is the most of the National League. Their most recent championship was in 2011, as the grabbed a slot in the postseason for the last day of the season, Wild Card Wednesday.
