"Insane Clown Poppy" is the third episode of the Simpsons twelfth season.
Plot
Bart and Homer Simpson spend Tuesdays together blowing up things with fireworks. Marge suggests they do what Lisa wants. Lisa takes the family to a bookfair. While waiting in line to get Krusty the Clown's signature, Bart meets a girl claiming to be Krusty's daughter.
While entertaining in Operation Desert Storm, Krusty hooked up with an Israeli commando. The next morning he prevented her from killing Saddam Hussein in order to keep half of his comedy act.
Now the daughter has come back to find Krusty, but he has no idea how to raise children. He takes her to the beach where they find the Simpsons, and Krusty starts taking fatherly advice from Homer.
