Kent also tell i the news at [[Mayor Quimby]] offered a contender a quick way to get a couple "Legs Up" on the competition of Miss Springfield Paegant when he serving as the judge there. Quimby sees the news and understands that he will not win the re-election and talk to [[Reverend Lovejoy]]. In the church next day talking Quimby for the congregation at he want to introduce sunday blues laws to save the morality of Springfield. The audience cheers but [[Homer]] realizes that means he can not drink on Sundays and volunteer as a candidate to the mayor post. He get help by [[Moe]] as his campaign manager, but later changed him to [[Fat Tony]]. Homer promises lots of thinks and promises [[Lisa]] to save the duck pond if he is get elected.
