"Boy-Scoutz N the Hood" is the eighth episode of The Simpsons' fifth season.
Plot
When Bart and Milhouse find $20, they buy an "All Syrup Squishie". The excessive amounts of sugar in it makes them go hyper, and they have a night on the town, including seeing the show Cats, skateboarding, and many other things. Bart wakes up with a hangover and realizes that he joined the Junior Campers. When he goes to his first meeting, he has extreme doubts, including the fact that the counseler is Ned Flanders.
