When Bart and Milhouse find $20, they buy a "All Syrup Squishie", and the sugar makes them go hyper and go on a night on the town. Bart wakes up with a hangover and realizes that he joined the Junior Campers. After learning a bunch of cool things, Bart starts to like it.
