Flanders the Devil (also referred to as "The Devil Flanders") is the Devil in the form of Ned Flanders.

He once gave Homer a donut in return for his soul. However, as he didn't eat it straight away and left one bite, he was allowed to keep his soul, angering Flanders. Eventually, Homer ate it and the Devil started a court session over who get's Homer's soul, eventually going to Marge as Homer pledged her his soul forever.


Flanders again turns into the Devil when he takes the kids into the church, which became the Heck House on Halloween.
