William Wright (died December 16, 2024) was an American writer. He wrote the season 19 episode "Dial "N" for Nerder", the season 21 episode "Chief of Hearts", and the season 26 episode "Blazed and Confused" with Carolyn Omine. In 2009, he was nominated for a Writers Guild of America Award for co-writing "Dial "N" for Nerder". After his death, the season 36 episode "Bottle Episode" will be dedicated to him.[1]
