Back Alley Soufflé is a quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It allows the purchase of Dumpsters.

After tapping on Cletus' exclamation mark
	I gots to get me some of that city food.
	Like that meat they got without the head and fur.
Task: "Have a Dumpster" and "Make Cletus Dig through Garbage". It takes 12 hours. The player receives 100 and 10 in reward.
Place: Dumpster 1 or Dumpster 2
