Mad Magazine Headquarters was the headquarters of Mad magazine in New York City.
History[edit]
After finding out that Mad magazine was going to publish an issue mocking the Party Posse, the US Navy shut down the boy band project. Angry at this, Lieutenant Smash sailed the USS Sea Spanker to New York City and launched an attack against Mad Magazine Headquarters, destroying it.
