The Carlson family is the family of Carl Carlson. Carl was adopted by Carl Carlson, Sr. and Sigrin Siguðardóttir in Reykjavík, Iceland. His biological father was a cowboy named Wyatt.
The Carlsons are from Iceland. A thousand years ago, the Carlsons served as watchmen on the coast of Iceland, keeping their eyes out for invading hordes. However, when an invasion came, the Carlsons not only let it happen, as everyone had expected, they actually joined in with the slaughter of their countrymen. This part was kept secret, with the page it was written on removed from the saga that chronicled the event.
