Homer buys the last crate of Duff Beer at the Kwik-E-Mart, breaking a promise to Barney that they would share each half. While exploring, Lisa encounters a rebellion army who she offers to help by persuading Bart to perform a number of pranks on Hidalgo. Bart's pranks include hoax calls, graffiti and defacing statues. Having read about the mishaps in the newspaper, Principal Skinner informs Hidalgo that Bart is responsible. The military is ordered to kill the Simpson family and gives chase.
