To Kill a Mocking Bart is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #107.
Plot[edit]
Homer wins a law degree in a bar bet with Gil. Homer takes on Gil's cases and defends various criminals including: Snake, Fat Tony and Jack Crowley and manages to win all his cases due to unorthodox defense methods. Blue-haired lawyer brings Homer his next case; arson and the defendant is Bart. Principal Skinner pressed charges after Bart was spotted fleeing a fire at the school. Homer is unable to use unusual defense methods due to accidently setting Judge Snyder's bench on fire.
