The New Evergreen Terrace is a quest in the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. The first part of the quest is obtained after completing Springfield Cleaners Pt. 2. Later parts of the quest are unlocked as the player levels up. The quest chain unlocks Roads, the Brown House, Ned and the Flanders House, the Purple House, the Blue House, the Pink House, the White House, and the Orange House.

Dialogue[edit]

Pt. 1[edit]

Since we're the only ones here, it's up to us to rebuild Springfield! Or we could just move to Miami. Think about it -- flamingos, palm, trees, t-shirts that say "Miami" on them... It'll be easy! Or at least that's what I'm telling you to get you to do it. We'll start with our own street! (If the player does not place the street on the shaded box) I think I should place it where the computer tells me. Task: "Build Evergreen Terrace". Build: Road Message Now just drag from the road to create a street. We built a road! I feel like Robert Moses in the giant book that took me two years to read. Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 2[edit]

Requires Level 3. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark It's kind of lonely around here. We should rebuild one of our neighbor's houses. Woo-hoo! The sooner I get neighbors, the sooner I can borrow their stuff and never return it. Task: "Build the Brown House". It takes 12 seconds. (If the player does not place the house on the shaded box) I think I should place it where the computer tells me. Build: Brown House Who even lives there? I'm not sure. They don't come out much. But I'm sure they're nice. Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 3[edit]

Requires Level 4. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Evergreen Terrace is starting to take shape. Now we need to build the Flanders house. Okay. Let's start by looking for the spot on the map furthest from any place I'd ever want to go... But Dad, Mr. Flanders is our neighbor, so we'll have to move the Kwik-E-Mart somewhere first. *grumbles* Okay, but I better get an achievement for this. Task: "Move the Kwik-E-Mart" and "Build the Flanders House". It takes 1 minute 30 seconds. Build: Flanders House (If the player does not place the house on the shaded box) I think I should place it where the computer tells me. New Character: Ned After tapping on Ned's exclamation mark Hi-dilly-ho, neighborenos! Stupid Flanders, getting into the game so early. Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 4[edit]

Requires Level 6. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Purple House". It takes 60 minutes. Build: Purple House Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 5[edit]

Requires Level 7. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Blue House". It takes 60 minutes. Build: Blue House Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 6[edit]

Requires Level 8. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Pink House". It takes 60 minutes. Build: Pink House Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 7[edit]

Requires Level 9. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the White House". It takes 60 minutes. Build: White House Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 8[edit]

Requires Level 12. After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Task: "Build the Orange House". It takes 2 hours. Build: Orange House Quest reward: 100 and 10

The following is an alternate dialogue cut from Pt. 2:

It's kind of lonely around here. We should rebuild one of our neighbors' houses. Woo-hoo! The sooner I get neighbors, the sooner I can borrow their stuff and never return it. We just have to move that shrub out of the way first. Task: Move the Shrub and Build the Brown House Message: You can also sell things rather than moving them. Sell it to who? There's no one here. Once the build is complete: Who even lives there? I'm not sure. They don't come out much. But I'm sure they're nice.
