The Columbia River is a major river in North America's Pacific Northwest and also the namesake of British Columbia.

History[edit]

Marge retells the story of Meriwether Lewis, William Clark and Sacagawea arrived at the Columbia River when trying to find their way to the Pacific Ocean. They canoed down until it meets the Pacific Ocean in modern-day Eugene, Oregon.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

The Columbia River does not flow past Eugene, Oregon and the real Lewis & Clark Expedition did navigated the Columbia River all the way to the Pacific Ocean at the site of Fort Clatsop National Memorial and not Eugene, Oregon.
