Charles L. Napier (April 12, 1936 – October 5, 2011) was an American actor. He voiced The Warden in the season 12 episode "Pokey Mom" and the season 15 episode "The Wandering Juvie", Grant Connor also in the season 15 episode "The Fat and the Furriest", and Officer Krackney in the season 16 episode "The Seven-Beer Snitch".

Napier also provided the voice of Duke Philips on The Critic.
