Frederick Charles "Fred" Willard (September 18, 1939 - May 15, 2020) was an American actor, comedian, voice actor, and writer, best known for his improvisational comedy skills. He voiced Wally Kogen in the season 10 episode "Sunday, Cruddy Sunday".
