Helen Vivian Scovell, known as Nell Scovell (born November 8, 1960), is an American magazine writer, television producer and screenwriter, best known for creating the television sitcom Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. She wrote the season 2 episode "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish".
