[[Homer]] drives to [[Springfield Elementary]] to watching [[Bart]] playing basketball. [[Clancy Wiggum]] writing him a ticket there for parking his car into a gym and on a grossing guard. Homer wants to avoid the fines so Clancy let Homer babysit Ralph while he and [[Sarah Wiggum|Sarah]] are on their second honeymoon weekend. For the weekend is it [[Lisa]]'s turn to take care of [[Señor Nibbles]] but after she she turned her back around, he escape. Ralph comes over to the Simpsons and because Bart is busy playing video games going Homer and play catch with him. Lisa is still in school and searching after Nibbles, but finding two other hamsters, she follows them to the basement which is populated by several hamsters. Now You Wiggum, Now You Don't! is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Simpsons Comics #222.
Synopsis
- "After being embarrassed and rejected by Bart, Homer takes an impressionable Ralph Wiggum under his wing. But it doesn’t take long before Bart gets jealous and wants back in on the father/son/extra son relationship. Meanwhile, Lisa has problems of her own when she is responsible for disappearance the class hamster, only to discover a Lost World of long gone schoolroom pets in the deep recesses of Springfield Elementary…a New Hamsterdam, if you will."
Plot

The next day is Ralph following Homer to the Father and Son picnic because Bart did not want to follow. First contest is pie-eating which Homer wins, then a climb-contest which Ralph wins. Lisa is with hamsters and start to thinking that they are a bit annoying. Bart decides to going to the father and son picnic with his new father, Barney which he has paid. It's time for the last contest that is worth three points and made all other competition meaningless it is a searching contest which Ralph wins. Lisa yelling at the hamster for they don't like her any more which made them beginning to chase her to the park where the picnic are and they start to bite people. Bart gets an idea and taking Lisa hamster food, and throw them at Ralph who is smeared by caramel and Lisa and Bart rolls him over the hamsters that sticks to him. Krusty decides that the price will be shared between Bart and Ralph because he rescued them. Homer apologizes for he is not bothered about Bart and is forgiven. Clancy coming by and pick up Ralph who is in the hamster ball, but Clancy thinks it's okay because he's been through worse and Homer's debt is paid.
