The Heist Before Christmas is a Simpsons Winter Wingding story first printed in Simpsons Winter Wingding #9.
Synopsis[edit]
- "Fat Tony wants a Christmas revenge on his rival, and takes help from Homer, Duffman, Snake and Skinner for paying their debt to him."
Plot[edit]
Carl and Lenny tell Homer that they can leave work early for the holidays. Homer tells them that he will go after he has eaten up the prizewinning gingerbread power plant from a contest. After Homer has eaten it, Waylon Smithers tells him that it's nearly eight and he must leave the plant now. Homer sees the clock and remembers that he must go home to watch The Happy Little Elves Hanukkah Special. Homer starts the car and drives into Fat Tony. Homer promises Fat Tony that he will do anything to pay for the damage. Fat Tony takes him to the The Legitimate Businessman's Club, where he meets Snake, Duffman and Seymour Skinner. He tells them that they'll help him take back one important thing that Don Henley stole from him. They will drive to Don Henley's Mansion and dress up as waiters at his annual Christmas party. If they succeed with the mission, Fat Tony will pay of all their debts.
Homer almost blows their cover but Duffman saves him and the party continues. Don Henley asks his security guards to keep an extra eye open. Snake steals Henley's key and gives it to Skinner. Skinner and Homer go into a room where the suitcase which Fat Tony wants is located, and just as they are trying to open the lock with the key, the guards are about to discover them. Homer runs into the kitchen and starts eating the gingerbread cookies, so the guards check that instead. Skinner manages to take the suitcase and after a while, the gang gives the suitcase to Fat Tony. The bag contains the Special Edition Turbo Radioactive Man Action Figure, a Christmas present for Michael, which Henley stole in front of them. Fat Tony thanks the gang for their work and tells them that their debts have now been paid.
