Mr. Burns payed them to capture Bongo and put him down. Abraham Simpson took Clancy Wiggum on a chase through the town and past Springfield Sausage Factory where the van crashed due to Wiggum leaning towards the factory.
Lou was with Wiggum as part of a bigger brother program.
