The German castle was a castle stormed by the Flying Hellfish during World War II.
History[edit]
Near the end of the war, the Flying Hellfish drove German soldiers out of an abandoned castle, where Private Montgomery Burns discovered a collection of paintings. Burns proposed that the squad keep the artwork and establish a tontine, in which the last surviving member would inherit the entire collection. The unit agreed, signed the contract, and hid the paintings in a crate. While carrying it out of the castle, Ox suffered a fatal hernia. The paintings' rightful owner was later identified as a descendant of Baron von Wörtzenburger.
