Some Templates should be used on nearly every page on Wikisimpsons. Here is a list of the most common ones and their uses:

Page Notices[edit]
This will usually go to the top of pages to give users and/or Admins info.
- {{delete}} - Used if you want to nominate a page for deletion. See Wikisimpsons:Criteria for speedy deletion for information on why a page should be deleted.
- {{Featured article}} - If its a featured article a duff can will appear in the top right to signify this.
Page content[edit]
Used to notify about how the page's content could be improved the prime example is the stub template.
- {{stub}} - The main template to notify editors the page is short and does not contain much information.

- {{Character}} - A character information box
- {{Episode}} - An episode information box
- {{Location}} - A location information box
- {{Video Game}} - A Game information box
- {{Animal}} - An Animal information box
- {{Book}} - A Book information box
- {{I&S episode}} - An Itchy and Scratchy episode information box

- {{Conjecture}} - If the person/place/thing does not have an official name, post this.
- {{Incomplete}} - If the article needs to be completed, post this. Commonly used in Lists.
