Safety Salamander was the safety mascot for Springfield Elementary School. Homer assumed the identity of the Safety Salamander.
After disappointing and upsetting Lisa yet again, she started to act up at school. This led to Homer and Marge being called in to talk to Principal Skinner about her behavior. Dr. J.
