Habitat for Humanity is an organization that helps people build houses.

History

Artie Ziff pretended to be poor in order to get Habitat for Humanity to build a house for him that looked like Marge's.[1]

When Homer attempted to get away from a handgun duel with the Southern colonel, the family happened on a Habitat for Humanity work site and Lisa asked Jimmy Carter to build them a house. Carter turned down the request, though, as he was building a house for the Spuckler family.[2]
