Eek! The Cat Pasta-Toons is a type of spaghetti.
History
When Bart and Milhouse were hidden on Captain McCallister's boat they found a box of the spaghetti. When Milhouse saw the packet he told Bart that he wonders how old the spaghetti is.

The food product is actually based on and also a reference to an old Fox show from 1992-1997 that was part of the now-defunct programming block of the network, Fox Kids called Eek! The Cat, this is mostly because that they're both produced by 20th Century Fox Television.
