Seymour Skinner discovers that Bart has made a humor magazine and distribute it to his classmates, he does not like them and confiscate them. Krusty is hearing by a spy at the school about Bart's magazine and he realizes that the kids like magazine now so he lets Bart produce a humor magazine for him, called, D'oh!.
