Department of Magical Vehicles is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Treehouse of Horror XXVIII content update. It requires the Department of Magical Vehicles to be obtained.

After building the Department of Magical Vehicles
Selma - Annoyed You didn't complete the necessary forms.
Moleman - Sad All this paperwork just to fly a broom? It'll take me years to fill it all out.
Patty Sorry, the State can't let just anyone jam a stick between their legs.
Moleman - Sad Ooh, I just want to be able to drive again.
Task: "Make Springfielders Wait for Broom Licenses" (x3). The jobs take place at the Department of Magical Vehicles and take 4 hours.
