  • Comic Book Guy insists he be called Number One after Star Trek actor Jonathan Frakes.
  • Comic Book Guy mentions a scene from the Batman TV Show.
  • Comic Book Guy says he has behaved as shamefully as Doctor Octopus.
  • Comic Book Guy tells Bart to set up his booth according to his floor plan which he "painstakingly modeled after Green Arrow's arrow cave."
  • After Bart carries in all of Comic Book Guy's stuff, a man dressed in Arabian clothing can be seen setting up his own booth. On the table he has a two small Pyramids.
