Synopsis
Bart has stolen all the coffee from the teacher's lounge, so as punishment, Principal Skinner forces Bart to take part in the TV program Kids 'N' Cons. Not wanting to enrage Homer, Bart gives the ticket to Martin Prince, Jr., tricking him into thinking it's a ticket for the new aerospace museum.
After school, Homer and Bart watch an episode of Kids 'N' Cons where Martin is a participant. Bart is worried how it will go for Martin, who must spend a full day with criminals. It turns out that Martin, unlike the other participants in the series, gets along well with the convicts. They have fun together, playing Viking & Vampires] playing with a chemistry kit and crocheting. At the TV studio, Lindsey Naegle is impressed with this episode. In the next TV season, Martin gets his own spinoff, Smart Eye for the Thug Guy, where Martin rehabilitates prisoners with knowledge. In the first episode, he helps prisoners solve crossword puzzles.
The Simpson family watches the episode and Homer tells Bart that Martin is a winner. Lisa reminds Bart that Martin also gets time off from school when the show is filmed. Bart realizes that it was stupid of him to give the ticket to Martin.
