Rainer Wolfcastle as Radioactive Man should visist The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop and it's full of kids that wants his autograph. Bart dressing him up as Bartman to slip through the queue. When Bartman reaches Radioactive Man, been them transported by Kang and Kodos to Mars. They tell them that they saw the two superheroes out a comic book store and hope that they would help them to against their enemy Martian Mongols. Radioactive Man decides to flee and Bartman follow him and they start to talk.

Bartman and Radioactive Man decides to help them. Kang and Kodos tell the that the martians are the biggest bullies in the galaxy, they have always been after there spaceships. After they stole there ship, they stranded them here and they guarding their ships as short distance away on the planet.

They distressed the last bit of the reserve energy to transport them to the planet. They toke the spaceship after the received a secret mission from the intergalactic council, they was transporting a dangerous black hole to the other side of the universe before it expands and wiped out al life in there sector. When they ware thorugh the milky way they was spotted by Martian Mongols. They was captured and brought to Mars and now have the Martians the black hole and there spaceship. And they can't contact the intergalactic concil for they should fired them.

Bartman and Radioactive Man walks away to the Martian Mongols and start to planing how they sould attack them. They start to fighting with the Martian Mongols after they was uncovered, and they are encircled. Kang and Kodos get's since visited by Martian Mongols who has told the truth for Bartman and Radioactive Man, they turn out to be police officers and Kang och Kodos have not paid parking tickets, so there ship is here in pawn. Kang and Kodos are arrested and Bartman and Radioactive Man is sending home after they signed autographs for the leader of the Martian Mongols.
