"Dogtown" is the 22nd episode of season 28. The episode aired on May 21, 2017. Its the season 28's season finale.

Synopsis

"When Homer's court case determines that a dog's life is more valuable than a human's is, the status of man's best friend rises in Springfield. When the dogs recognize their new position of power, they assert their dominance over the humans."


Production

There is a scene in which Lisa meets a rabid chihuahua who tries to kill her and she tries talking him off the ledge by speaking Spanish saying "Selo que ser hombrecito un puerto de vueltas si una vuelta. A que le gusta agua fresca? A chi te gusta agua fresca?".[1]
