Bill Plympton (born June 30, 1946) is an American animator, cartoonist, director, producer, and screenwriter. He designed the Plymptoons couch gag for the season 23 episode "Beware My Cheating Bart" and season 24 episode "Black-Eyed, Please". He is married to Sandrine Plympton.
