Plot

Lisa writes a letter to International olympic committee for a school project.But they decied that the next olympics should be held in Springfield.there even happens to be a mascot contest.Homer makes a mascot called Springy.Jomers mascot di not win the contest.everyone prepares for the IOC arrive at [[Springfield Elementary]].the arrivle goes well at first until...Bart goes on stage his racist comedy routine insults the the members of the IOC.In response springfield loses the chance to host the olympics.Superitendent Chalmers blames Skinner for letting Bart on stage and doing the routine in the first place.skinner is then orderd to make every last kid in the school do 20 hours of community service. And assgins Bart and Lisa to work at Springfield Retirement Castle.

meanwhile Homer gathers up the 1,000 spring he had intened to sell as mascots.He goes to principal skinners home where he is punched hundreds of times because of Barts comedy routine.Lisa is leading in imagnation time where they are on a cruise ship.then bart comes in and makes the senoirs experince th fountine of youth.

Bart takes all the senoirs on a boat ride but soon the boat crashs into Mr.Burns yacht.Moents later the boat starts rapidly sinking into the water.the it goes to Homer flushing all the springs down the toilet after Marge made him.The springs that Homer flushed went into the river and pushes Barts boat back into balance an the senoirs are saved.
