Bongo Bonus Stamps
Since you have the new comics, can you check and upload images of the Bongo Bonus Stamps? Thanks. Phinbart - just one of the huge Bart fans! 14:16, 13 February 2012 (EST)
- The picture is already there - http://simpsonswiki.net/wiki/Bongo_Bonus_Stamps /AleWi 14:17, 13 February 2012 (EST)
- I know, but I ment BIGGER images. Also, when you get the new comics every time, can you check for them, take a pic or a scan, and then upload it. I would do it but I've only got Simpsons Illustrated 1 from the US, and I'm waiting to get enough money to buy future issues of Simpsons, Bart and Illustrated. File Upload Limit
In response to your discussion in today's editor meeting, I have increased the upload limit from 2mb to 5mb. Because the uploads are handled through a regular HTTP connection, it isn't ideal to allow much larger than that because it can cause the server to hold requests while the data is saved and processed on the disk. If you have any files that are larger than 5mb that need to be uploaded, just send me either a link or an email with the image and I can upload it through a maintenance socket. I hope this helps! :) --Jake 22:34, 18 February 2012 (EST)
Flanders Family Bibles
Good grief, Ale, how many of those articles did you make? I'm not complaining; you did a nice job building them. I'm just surprised because it seems that every time I think I've found them all to spiff them up a little, I find another one. -- Mythigator 00:18, 22 February 2012 (EST)

- The list will help a lot. I should have them all done sometime tomorrow (later Feb. 22 or early Feb. 23, in Simpsonswiki time). Thanks! -- Mythigator 01:49, 22 February 2012 (EST)

- Since you've got access to images from that episode, could you build an article for "Psalms"? The book is partly visible in the images in the other articles, and if you can get a good image, it would be good to have the article in the interest of completeness. Thanks again ... -- Mythigator 11:21, 22 February 2012 (EST)
- I didn't get to them as soon as I thought I would, but they've all been attended to now. If you make an article for "Psalms", please let me know and I'll give it the same "prettying up" treatment. -- Mythigator 09:03, 24 February 2012 (EST)
- Done, [[1]] /AleWi 09:15, 24 February 2012 (EST)
- And done on my part as well. "Psalms" didn't need much work at all. WooHoo!! -- Mythigator 12:59, 24 February 2012 (EST)

Just to let you know
If you are going to make multiple pages with roughly the same content, please add the text to the Swedish submissions page so you don't make 20 ungrammatical pages. The original idea was you submitted content there before making the actual page. Now it seems like a nightmare... | | Talk | Contributions | Edit count | 11:51, 27 February 2012 (EST)
Synopsis and Plot
Hi Ale, it's perfectly OK for articles about episodes and comic book stories to have both Synopsis and Plot sections. A synopsis is a short summary. The plot is a longer detailed section that gives a thorough description of what happens. If there is already a synopsis written for a story (as in The Last King of Spotland) and you want to work on the plot, it is not necessary to delete or overwrite the synopsis. Just make a new section for the plot. Thank you ... -- Mythigator 15:01, 3 March 2012 (EST)
