Cool Hand Bart is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics 2

Plot

The second Simpsons Comic features the return of Sideshow Bob. Bart, Nelson ,Jimbo, Dolph, Kearny and Milhouse attend a scarded spitless seminare. Snake explains what it's like in prison then Cheif Wiggum decides that all the trouble makers should stay an hour in a cell.

Bart and Milhouse are put in Bob's cell, and to avoid being annihilated, Bart climbs through the bars and into a van. The van winds up in a workcamp. Bart is chained up with Bob, Bob escapes with Bart; Bart leaps onto a moving train and Bob's head repeatedly hits the ground, soon Bob climbs aboard advancing on Bart.

Just before Sideshow Bob kills Bart, Bart points out that Bob would have to drag his corpse round because they were chained up; Bob walks through the swamp while Bart follows until they reach a hacksaw sale, Bob must hide his hair style in a hat. When Bart and Bob enter they realize that Wiggum is there, Bart sucks Bobs hat off with a vacuum cleaner revealing Bob to the police. Finally, Bob is arrested and Bart goes home safe.
